Tasted on 5/31/2018 by Owl-Head

Notes:

Fermented in the Anvil fermenter which may be why it is a bit darker now that it has cleared up. Sitting at 5.5 weeks now, but 6 weeks should be the perfect amount of aging on the Funktown Pale Ale yeast. 4 weeks was too young, the Vermont ale strain was too present and the wild Sacc wasn't developed enough.
