Notes:

Not great. Has almost a "hot alcohol" burn to it - think It's way too much corn (especially since I bottled, and primed with corn sugar). We'll see how it bottle conditions after a few months ... Try 1/2 the amount of corn next time. Also SRM is very dark. I like the flavor, but maybe cut back on chocolate and add some brown malt.

Gravity at two weeks: 1.012 / Transferred to secondary. Tastes great! Just like a Dos Perros ... originally thought maybe a littler to chocolate, but it's good. We'll see when it's finished!
