Notes:

Love the beer for what it is, a nice crisp pale ale. The lead hop bio-transformation didn't lead to as much juicy character as the pellet hops usually do. Next time, to test the theory I would like to keep everything the same and exchange the leaf hops for pellets. Keep the leaf hops for keg hopping. Big plus on the Sulfate favoring water chemistry. Gets that crisp finish I have been looking for on the NEPA.

Notes:

Initial sip was the best initial sip I have had out of any of my beers. It had a bit of hop particulate in it that had settled out and was surprisingly not "green". Additional sips were so - so, a little more carbonation needed. Not much of a head yet and beer was underwhelming after a few minutes in the glass. should be a great beer after a few more days conditioning in the keg.
