Ferment with second 1/2 of Juniper Berries

Ferment at elevated temperatures in hot garage or with heating blanket (sauna-like temps)

Do NOT Clarify (leave unfiltered)

Low bottling carbonation (2 oz Corn Sugar for 3 gallon batch)
