I used my Oatmeal Stout Grain Bill minus oatmeal, added a couple lbs. 2 row base malt and switched yeast and hops. and crossed fingers.. a little dark, but i don't give a F.

This recipe was cloned from BIAB Eyerish Oatmeat Stout.
