Bottled the clean saison w/ honey & it's outrageously delicious. 3 MONTH CHECK IN: .75oz Medium Oak ... Gravity: 1.008 / PH METER BROKE, but tartness is refreshing / mild vanilla coming from the oak. Unoaked ... Gravity: 1.008 / PH METER BROKE, but a little less tart than the other ... bit more Brett presence
