Notes:

Mashed in with about 7 gallons of Crystal Springs water to a temperature of 151.2 degrees. It was a little tricky because the mash ton was already hot from previous mash. Heated strike water to about 158 and then started adding and checking. Got to about 148 and then added some hotter water (172) to get the mash temperature to about 151.2.

Notes:

Final gravity ended up being around 1.068, but we only got about 4.5 gallons in one bucket and a little over 3 gallons in another. The trub is horrible. Make sure to put more liquid in batches going forward. Starting Temperature is around 62-63 degrees in the basement.
