1.Create Yeast Starter Approx 408 Billion Cells
2.Adjust Water to IPA
3.Actual Hop Oil addition will 8.5ml for 75 IBU'S
4.Whirlpool Mosaic Powder at 180 Deg for 30 Min
5.Add 60 Sec Oxygen
6.Ferment @ 64 Ambient for 3 days, then rise 1 deg per day
7.Add Epic amount of home grown Cascade for dry hop
Great beer, finish is a tad sweet. Maybe add some simple sugar and scratch a pound of malt next rime around. Could be a little light on the IBU's. Still a bit young and green, maybe with a little drop out of things it will crisp up.
