4.5 gallons @ 168F; sparge 4.3 gallons @ 168F = 7gallons in brewpot
Pitched at 75F; fermented at 65F for 3 days, then increased 2F every 3 days. Finished at 70 for three days
2 vanilla beans in vodka extract added to secondary
Water: 100% Distilled with 5g (1.14 tsp) Baking Soda; 5g (1.25 tsp) CaSO4; 4g (1.18 tsp) CaCl2
