This is for our clubs 4 Blind Brewers event. Each person is assigned an item: 7lbs base malt, specialty malt/secondary fermentable up to 4lbss, hops ~25aaus, or yeast. Everyone then chooses their ingredient and teams are then assigned randomly. Our ingredients 7 lbs 2 row 8 lbs raspberries (condensed down to 4 lbs ;-) ) Amarillo hops Wheat ale yeast
