Special Instructions

1.
Add 2 oz pure dark chocolate powder at flameout
2.
Soak 1/3 oz oak and 1.33 oz cacao nibs in bourbon one week
3.
Add oaked nibs to secondary for one week
4.
Make cold brew coffee with 3.33 oz Sumatra for 24 hrs.
5.
Add coffee at bottling/kegging
6.
3.33 oz corn sugar for bottling
7.
Age this beer 4 weeks minimum
8.
Hopheads do not add more hops or you'll f@!& it up
