This is a really nice looking recipe, haven´t brewed it yet but it´s brewer commented to check it out as I´m planning a recipe or two to make some ales with the idea being outdoing Guinness as a meal in a can. I will likely try brewing this at some point soon, gotta wait for a new setup soon and do a run of my chocolate oatmeal stout first though, and maybe my brown ale, but after that I´m very likely to try this out, or at least something very similar. How would it taste aged like an Imperial Stout?

I have not aged this particular recipe, it never lasts long enough. However I have a very similar recipe that ages great, a Bourbon Barrel Russian Imperial Breakfast Stout recipe called "Morning Wood". I recently cracked open a 1 year old bottle for my birthday, it was so good I had a beergasm. Cheers!
