Special Instructions

boil 4lbs frozen sweet/tart pitted cherries in 1 gallon reduced to 2.5 quarts, use 1.5 quarts

boil nibs in 0.5 cup water for 5 minutes, cool and add all to secondary

ferment in secondary no more than 2 weeks, or tannins will leech
4.
4.5 oz priming sugar with 0.5 qt cherry concentrate at bottling
