sparge at 169-170 degrees. Sparge water temp. - calculator

Take OG after Mash out/Sparge
3.
Take Gravity after Boil
4.
Dry Hop Citra, Day 5
5.
Ferment for 8 Days
6.
Take FG 1 day prior to bottling to match 1.016
7.
Take FG on bottling day to ensure no more movement
8.
sanitize pot for sugar dissolve
9.
Bottling; 23.57G (.83oz or .12cp) to enough water to dissolve
10.
add sugar to beer after racking, mix and bottle (do not aerate much)
11.
Bottle for 4 weeks, sample at week 2 or 3.
