Mash Steps

Single mash BIAB

Special Instructions

1.
Heat 7l of water to 78-80°C, turn off heat
2.
Add all barley in the brew bag, let sitt for 90 minutes with insulation around to keep temperature high
3.
Sparge with 3L of 78°C degree water
4.
Boil for 60 minutes, add hops accordingly
5.
Cool to 20°C
6.
Strain and move to fermenting vesel
7.
Add cool water to a total of 10l and add yeast
8.
let ferment for 7 days and dry hop
9.
let ferment for another 7 days
10.
mix 0.5dl priming sugar to 1.5dl water, bring to boil, cool to maximum 30°C, add to wort
11.
bottle and let mature for at least 3 weeks
