Brewed 5/14/17. Full volume biab. Put kettle in oven, set temp to lowest 170. Kept on 170 for a few min then turned off. Every 15 min or so will put temp up to 170. Ended up mashed at 153 for about the 30 - 40 min mark. Forgot to turn off oven. Set hops 20 min back. And adjusted amount. Og 1.057 (14 brix)added about half liter of water. Og 1.054 (13.4 brix). Tasted good. Flavorful, maybe too flavorful. Primary 5/17/17. 1.75 g in bottlon bucket. Final brix 8 (1.32) 1.017 fg 2.4 volume 1.45 oz priming sugar
