I'm new to brewing so recipes can be confusing, I noticed another recipe for Torpedo IPA that used the identical hops and amounts but they used less on boil and more on dry, for instance .75 magnum on boil only everything else was dry...any thoughts
4/9/2020 12:33:49 PMDry hopping will only add aroma.No bitterness to speak of. Shifting bulk of hops to dry hopping will make an unpleasantly sweet beer
4/9/2020 1:57:01 PMI don’t see water profiles on the recipes is that not as much of a deal as people seem to make it
4/9/2020 4:00:38 PMRecon:, I use R.O. water so it's not too much of an issue for me. Maybe add 1/4 tsp Gypsum for my darker beers, skip for the IPA's. Taste fine to me.
