Boil for 60 minutes - Add hops per Schedule (60, 15)

Add 1 tsp Irish moss and .5 tsp Yeast Nutrient at 15 min

At Flameout - Whirlpool beer - Let Stand until solids settle to bottle

Chill Beer to 70F
7.
Pitch a double batch of ESB yeast
8.
Day 7 - Add dry hops (4-5 days)
9.
Bottle Beer
