Strike Temperature was around 161 on 8 gallons and mash temperature ended up being around 143.8. Took 10.5 gallons at around 1.07 and added 18 lbs of DME to it. Then took an additional 4 gallons at 1.036 and added it after the foam break. Ended up with around 14 gallons that was split between 3 buckets. Added dry yeast after 60 seconds of full blast oxygen. Starting Fermentation temperature is 70 degrees and basement temperature is 60 degrees. Should warm up this week.
