At 3 week mark, tastes very much like a Trillium beer. Haven't had the wheat taste come out this much in the past. First is great, second is okay. I think in a week this will be wonderful.

Would like to try this recipe with Flaked Oat subbed for Wheat.

Lost the "wheat" taste at the 3 week mark. Was disappointed bc it was a great taste (thick, chewiness). I thought between 3 and 4 weeks this beer was too sweet, but now at 5 weeks think it tastes very balanced. Happy with beer.

One of my best recipes. Chris Baird said this is keeper and delicious. Said he was very impressed. I agreed at the 6-7 week mark this was delicious. Rotation #1
