Heat 2.5 gallons of tap water to approx. 150 degrees Farenheight

Steep grains for 20 minutes at approx. temp. range of 140 to 150

remove grains and bring water to a boil.

Remove from heat and add malt extract

Bring to boil and add hops
6.
Boil for 1 hour
7.
Cool wort and add yeast
