Special Instructions

1.
Add grain and 3.8 gallons of Strike water at 166 degrees and mash for 60 minutes then 4.7 gallons of sparge water at 170 degrees and transfer to boil pot.

Primary Ferment at 70 degrees in bucket for 14 days

Secondary ferment at 70 degrees for 21 days and follow bottle/keg protocol
