Notes:

Force carbed and served as "Snow Day". It's quite good. Chocolate and roasty notes. Medium body and lightly sweet.

Notes:

Definitely dry- DME is unforgiving dry. May need some body adjustment after secondary. Hard to say on the roasted notes as it followed a SN Coffee Stout.
