Special Instructions

Steep grains at 158 for 30 minutes
2.
Boil and add stuff at times indicated. wirlfloc and nutrient at 15 min.
3.
Cool to around 70 and pitch yeast.
4.
Use a 6 gallon carboy with blowoff tube

Notes:

Golden straw color and not as clear as I hoped Citrus and some piney aroma Its very close to the Yards Philly Pale Ale. Its got a clean crisp flavor mostly from the simcoe hops. . Definately going to make this again. So far this is the beer tasting beer I have made. (My 6th batch ever)
