Finished last bottle just two days ago did nothing but get better with age. Fantastic zero hint of alcohol rich really great

Notes:

dark, velvety, creamy dark pillowy tan head chocolate, coffee, rich, chocolate mocha coffee, very little alcohol until the finish, full, creamy , smooth very pleased,

Notes:

rich, dark and creamy chocolate, coffee, low hop aroma , brilliant, great mouth feel, notes of chocolate, a bit of roast, still devoloping thick, creamy, smooth, low carbonation , tasting was a bit premature fabulous, really pleased, will brew again adding maybe some oak and vanilla bean

Notes:

dark, creamy dk mocha head , chocolate , coffee, etc notes of chocolate, coffee, roast, but not astringent at all, full , low carb , only one week in the bottle fabulous, will do again and use this as a strong base for experiments , oak, vanilla, bourbon etc.

    miserable brew day, whatever could go wrong did, ended with 1.072OG , trouble is it turned out more than fantastic, how the heck am I going to replicate it ?

    FG was 1.018 , a strong licorice , some mellowing and melding of the flavors and this will be really fantastic, added espresso to 2.5 gallons at bottling , 2 oz cold steeped in 8 oz of water .

    Ten days in bottle. Chocolate notes mellowed licorice. Really great this young Needs more time to carbonate. Extremely happy. Will pop one with espresso in a day or two

    time has been good to this beer, super good , a little high in abv, next time a bit lower , im a lightweight.
