got contaminted.... too much chocolate malt and felt a little thin

Notes:

Pre brew notes -Kettle sour to ~3.5ph with lacto -use 2-4 # of brown sugar to help with low efficiency. -Use flaked barley instead of flaked oats. barley is read to be more creamy and less oily; should help with head retention and from readings lacto doesn't like flaked oats.
