the beer got second, and wasnt that far off from 1st which was a 1.5yr old oud bruin. not bad for a 1 month kettle sour. added 1 lime zest and 3/4 of lime juice to keg, .4oz sea salt. it tastes like a craft margarita. super crushable.
kegged this batch last night. i put 2 cucumbers sliced them about 1/4" thick on the mandoline. left them for a total contact time of 2 days. it tastes great, almost watermelon like. im adding the pink sea salt and lime zest to the keg tonight. comp on saturday
