A Northern English Brown Ale with a Mexican twist. Adding 1lb of Piloncillo during the last 10 minutes of the boil. Piloncillo is unrefined whole cane sugar, which is a solid form of sucrose derived from the boiling and evaporation of sugarcane juice. It tastes smoky, caramelly and earthy. Actual OG: 1.052 Piloncillo actually added at 10 min.
