My son found this recipe on the web...not sure where. He modified it and we first brewed it in October 2012. Everyone liked it so much (and it was gone before Christmas) that we brewed it again early December....and it is almost gone again. This is going to become a regular. This is really a Winter/Christmas Spice Ale (21B), but that is not an option in Brewgr. Close to a Strong Scotch Ale. Thanks YoungGoat for a great recipe!

Do you grind the orange peel into a powder in order to measure a tsp?

My local homebrew supply had some dried orange peel. I just used that. If you want to use fresh orange peel, I would use just the zest. That will be easy to measure. Let me know how your's turns out.
