Notes:

Carbonation still not there, trying to ramp it up until tomorrow. That will be 9 days under pressure. Mouth feel definitely improved due to the oats and Carapils. Flavor is become prominent, seems the pine effect of Simcoe is peeking through. Flavor seems much more mature than last week already. Peak will be around mid December.

Notes:

Freshly Kegged on 11/24. Tastes good, carbonation not yet there. Has a good mouthfeel for being semi carbonated. Getting hints of lemon, floral, and passion fruit. Should be great in 1-2 weeks.
