Notes:
Phenomenal beer! Nice smooth caramel taste, get a slight alcohol burn with a nutty/prune back taste, good sipping beer and worth the wait. Continues to smooth out longer sitting in keg.

Nailed final gravity, bulk aged in secondary for 4.5 months, great beer, can't wait for carbonation

Notes:
Transferred from primary to secondary to let it bulk age for a while. Gravity reading showed 1.018. Nice caramel aroma with a strong sweet taste, very good beer and with time I feel it will get better!!
