All Grain Märzen homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Munich Dark - DE, Vienna - DE, Caramel (Crystal) Malt Light(German - Avangard), Pilsner - DE, Hallertau Hops, Wyeast Octoberfest Lager Blend 2633 Homebrew Yeast.
Tasted just what I think of for an Octoberfest. The beer flowing through the siphon tube looked really clear. The beer in cylinder to take gravity reading looked cloudy but I believe some sediment got in it.
