Kept it simple for my first attempt at a Braggot. BIAB. Local honey. Braggot is the hybrid child of a mead and beer. Only rule is no more than 50% of fermentables may be honey. English yeast used to maintain mouth feel and to accent the maris otter.

I just opened the first bottle, strong honey aroma, excellent honey flavor. English yeast provided subtle off flavors but simple recipe kept it clean. I'll post pictures soon. Definite keeper.
