A fairly Cheap and Easy Cider that amazingly tastes pretty good. A perceivable light sweetness and apple flavor. • You can add 8 oz ff Maltodextrin for a better mouth feel without adding sweetness or alcohol . • Substitute 4 to 5 cans of 100% frozen Concentrate Cranberry juice for variation.. • 2 packets of Dry English ale yeast.. will leave a slight apple flavor THIS IS VERY DRY

Special Instructions

Pitch yeast and let ferment until bubbles stop. Rack to carboy to clear and finish out any further fermentation. after 2 weeks, add 3/4 corn sugar and bottle.

Test for carbonation after 10 days, if it's good place in cold storage or pasteurize.

Age for 4 to 6 months FG: 1.002 OG: 1.040 Primary Ferment: 7 day s Secondary Ferment: 7 to 10 days ( until clear and fermentation is stopped)
