Special Instructions
1.Pitch yeast and let ferment until bubbles stop. Rack to carboy to clear and finish out any further fermentation. after 2 weeks, add 3/4 corn sugar and bottle.
2.Test for carbonation after 10 days, if it's good place in cold storage or pasteurize.
3.Age for 4 to 6 months FG: 1.002 OG: 1.040 Primary Ferment: 7 day s Secondary Ferment: 7 to 10 days ( until clear and fermentation is stopped)
