MASH- Stike temp = 75.3- had to stir until 68.6- centre: 67.8 edge: 68.4- left oven on @ 90C - don't do that again - temp spikesPre boil SG: 11.7Bx (1.046) - only included 25% of dark grainsBOIL- cold steeped 75% (300g) dark grains in 1.2L water.
