Special Instructions

1.
Cold steep dark grains

To prepare the oak, soak in Kraken rum for 2-4 weeks and then add to secondary.

Mash grains at 150°F (65.6°C)
4.
For S-04, ferment at 18C. Max 10 days in primary
5.
Bottle or keg with 2.5 volumes of CO2.

Notes:

Maybe High 2's but not quite a three yet. - nice and dry (maybe a bit much) - a bit too woody - not much rum until it warmed up a bit Hoping that a bit more age will mellow the oak and reveal the rum
