Special Instructions

1.
Soak 2-3 opened vanilla beans (Grade B, cuz they're cheaper) in 4 fl.oz. vodka for 3-5 days prior to brew session. Use 2 beans for subtle vanilla flavor, 3 beans for more pronounced flavor. ABV will be higher by ~0.2% due to the added vodka.

Add vanilla bean vodka (with beans!) to primary/secondary for 2 weeks.

Add Whirfloc tablet with 5 min left in the boil.
