Special Instructions

1.
Mash 145-148 degrees 60 minutes, increase to 155 10 minutes and mash out at 168.
2.
Hop stand for 15 minutes before chilling wort.
3.
Ferment 62 degrees for 10 days.
4.
After fermentation, add first two dry hops to a weighted bag, steep 3 days.
5.
Remove first dry hops, add second dry hops to weighted bag and steep 4 days and package.
