Special Instructions

Steep grains @ 170 for 15 minutes

Sparge grains and ad 5 gallons to pot

Bring to boil & add 3 drops ferm cap S and malt extract to 6.5 gallons water

add hops according to schedule

After 60 minute boil, chill wort & pour into primary vessel, top off to 5.5 gallons
6.
Aerate and pitch yeast, 5 drops fermcap s
7.
Rack to secondary after 14 days & dry hop
8.
Keg on day 28
