1.2 liter starter with 7 oz DME
2.Roast whole coriander seeds in medium hot pan for 2-3 minutes until you can smell aroma. Cool for 30 minutes before grinding. Add during last 5 minutes of boil.
3.Ferment at 65-70* for 30 days
4.Add honey on third day of fermentation for better attenuation and flavor contribution.
