Special Instructions

2 liter starter with 7 oz DME

Roast whole coriander seeds in medium hot pan for 2-3 minutes until you can smell aroma. Cool for 30 minutes before grinding. Add during last 5 minutes of boil.

Ferment at 65-70* for 30 days

Add honey on third day of fermentation for better attenuation and flavor contribution.
