mash water = 167F for mash temp 154F
2.
sparge water 185F for batch sparge temp 160f-170f

put flameout nibs and beans in cheese cloth and dip in wort for 5 min
4.
crush primary nibs and add after krausen falls for 7-10 days.

cold brew coffee beans in 6 cups water? and filter coffee. add to secondary. rack beer from primary.
6.
add oak chips 7-10 days before bottling
