Special Instructions

1.
Steeped chocolate malt and oatmeal for 1 hour at 165
2.
Added the LME to the steeping water. Added the DME and Maltodextrine to the boiling pot
3.
Cold steeped 6 Oz of coffee for 1 hour. Added at flame out with the grounds. Left grounds in the fermenter.
4.
OG was spot on 1.051 - Brewed on 3/27/16
