Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Check wort pH – should be around 5,4. Add minerals if needed.
2.
Boil wort 90 min.
3.
Make yeast starter from 2 vials (3 liter/3 dl DME).
4.
Oxygenate well.
5.
Ferment at 10 C for 16-21 days. Diacetyl rest at end of fermentation.
6.
Cold Crash if you like.
