Special Instructions

Boil wort 90 min.
2.
Check pH – should be around 5,4. Add minerals if needed.

Make yeast starter from 2 vials (2 liter/2 dl DME).

Oxygenate well.
5.
Ferment at 10 C for 16-21 days. Diacetyl rest at end of fermentation.
6.
Cold Crash if you like.
