Special Instructions

Steep CaraRed for 30 Mins @ 66 Degrees Celcius

Remove Grain, Bring to boil and add all DME.
3.
Record Pre-boil Gravity, volume and time
4.
this may cool the wort down so bring it to the boil again.
5.
Add hops according to schedule
6.
Add Irish Moss at 15 minutes left in the boil.
7.
Record Post-boil volume (L)
8.
Cool to 19 degrees Celsius, Aerate wort and pitch US-05 in FV
9.
Dry Hop while transefering to secondary FV
10.
Record Volume in FV, OG and FG
