Steep the grains at 155 just enough to cover grain bag 45 min
2.
Rinse/Sparge grain bag with one gallon of 155 degree water
3.
Bring to Boil
4.
Turn off flame - Add/Stir half the LME stirring during add
5.
Return to Boil
6.
Add 1 oz Tettnang Hops
7.
Add Orange Peel and Corriander
8.
Boil 30 minutes
9.
Add Tettnang Hops
10.
Add remaining LME
11.
Boil 15 minutes
12.
Flame Out // Cool // Pitch Yeast
