Special Instructions

1.
10 ltrs water warm up to 58, C add grain and mash 20 min at 52 C for protein rest
2.
add 3.8 ltrs of boiling water and mash at 66 C for 1 hour and drain

Warm 18 ltrs of water to 82 C to sparge at 74 C for 15 min. and drain
4.
Bring wort to boiling temp and add 30 g of Hops for 60 min
5.
Add Irish moss at 45 minute
6.
add 30 g of hops at 55 min
