This is the return of the original "recipe". This is also the first brew of 2016. Based off a recipe in "A Brewer's Bible" called Elephant Chaser IPA.

This recipe was cloned from Elephant Joy IPA.

Special Instructions

Mash at 151 degrees (Strike Temp 171)

Sparge
3.
Boil and add hop additions (See hops)
4.
Add gypsum at start of boil
5.
Add irish moss at 15 minutes left of boil
6.
Add MaltoDextrin at 5 minutes left of boil
7.
Let sit for 20 minutes after flameout
8.
Cool down, transfer to fermenter, and pitch yeast
