Special Instructions

1.
Mash with 3 gal. water, heated to 165 degrees, for 90 min. Then completely drain.
2.
Batch sparge with 2 gal. water, heated to 170 degrees, for 20 min. Then completely drain.
3.
Conduct boil only with what's collected from the mash and the sparge.
4.
Pitch yeast and allow to ferment for 14 days at 64-66 degrees F.
