All Grain Irish Red Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Maris Otter Pale - UK, Crystal 40L - CA, Crystal 120L - CA, Roasted Barley - UK, White Labs California Ale WLP001 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss.
Great beer overall. Next time try a different malt. Maris otter gave a strong malt profile possibly too much for the style. 5 lbs 2 row & 6.25 Maris otter. Lots of toffee and caramel notes come through. Hops were not dominant. Yeast try the Irish 004 from hire labs for better attenuation and a dryer finish
